The movement of “Building up cultural families” in the province has so far reached development in both depth and width with the participation of more than 90% of families in the local residential areas. According to statistics, in 1998, the whole province had 78,974 families winning the title of “cultural family” or 50.9% of total. The figure was 202,661 in 2012 or 91.60% of total.

Late August 5, TDM city’s Women’s Union held a conference to partially sum up the local women’s movements in the first half of 2013 and implement orientations from now till year-end.

Enhancing rate of trained laborers

Attending the final round were contestants from 28 senior and junior high schools across the province.
