Cau Truong commune Women Union now has 918 members at 18 teams. Aside from mobilizing and promulgating sisters to excel the Party and State’s instructions and policies, the union has launched many significant deeds to help members develop economy. The union has steered its branches to offer assistance to needy members.

 Vietnamese leaders and youngsters are continuing their activities to pay tribute to fallen war heroes in the lead up to the 66 th War Invalids and Martyrs Day, which falls on July 27th.

Late July 26, Tan Uyen district’s Youth Union held a candle lighting ceremony to commemorate heroes and martyrs at the district’s martyrs’ cemetery.

A delegation from provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST) and its affiliates has just visited and presented cash gifts worth between VND300,000 and VND700,000 each to 12 policy beneficiary families (including 6 war invalids’ families and 6 martyrs’ families) in Phu Giao district, Thuan An town and TDM city on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs.

In the past six months of this year, grassroot trade unions excelled cooperation with local agencies and units and businesses to take care of laborers. Most of the local companies excelled policies of social and health insurance premium payment as well as maintained models of assistance funds effectively.

The contest’s contents focused on criticizing traffic safety violations, triggering traffic accidents. The event aims at spurring promulgation on legal regulations on road traffic safety for pupils, raising their awareness on traffic safety. This is a useful and significant playground for pupils in this summer.
