The province’s real estate market has been on recovery and got thriving with many housing projects and service works, changing the local urban image and improving the living standards of people from all strata. Noticeably, the province’s housing market has reached vigorous growth in quality with the birth of modern housing and urban areas. The province has also taken policies and solutions in order to further promote the local property market.
Advantages and potentialities
With a favorable position in the southern key economic zone and next to HCM city, the province has created a breakthrough in investment attraction . The province has gained major achievements in socio-economic development with a more and more perfect infrastructure system, which is seen as a great motivation for the local real estate market.

Along with evolution in terms of industrial manufacture, services and investment attraction, the province is one of the country’s localities with young population with the average GRDP per capital estimated at VND146.9million in 2019. It is predicted that the province’s population in 2025 will be around 3 million people and the figure will be 3.5million people in 2030. Therefore, the local demand for housing will be very great.
The province is now home to 29 industrial parks and the figure will amount to 33 in 2020. The province will need additional 30,000-40,000 laborers every year, making the demand for high and medium-class real estate on rise…
Absorbing investors
Over the past time, the Government opportunely promulgated policies relating to housing and property market, preferential policies for social housing, thereby absorbing economic sectors to get involved in developing housing projects in localities.
Province-based investors also built many social housing projects for low-income laborers and high, middle-class apartment buildings. Therefore, the province now has an abundant housing supply with many different segments. Apartments from great projects have loomed large across Di An, Thuan An and TDM cities. These projects are expected to further rise up when a series of new ones have just announced their implementation plans.
Vu Ly Cung, Deputy General Director of Danh Viet Group’s Sales and Marketing Department said that his company decided to select Di An and Thuan An cities to make real estate projects because they are 2 localities with great potential in real estate. It is believed that they will soon develop into young cities with flexibility, contributing to the economic development of the province and the country. Many large-scale projects in real estate will flow into the two cities, creating a motivation for their socio-economic development, contributing to building up a sustainable Binh Duong.
Currently, the Icon Central project is invested by the company in Di An city. This is the first urban project of the company in the city with synchronous investment, bringing a new image to Di An city in particular and Binh Duong in general. The 5.3- hectare project includes 469 products with one ground floor and two storeys.
Noticeably, there is the development of large-scale real estate projects with hi-class products at home buyers ‘demand for quality life in the province.
Solutions taken
Overt the past time, the province strengthened the realization of the PM’s Directive No.11/CT-TTg dated April 24, 2019 on some solutions to promote real estate market. This helped the province’s real estate market recover again.
Le Quang Vinh, Head of the Housing Management and Real Estate Market Division under provincial Department of Construction said that since early this year, sectors and authorities at all levels of the province have realized many solutions to ensure stability and development of the local real estate market while disseminating programs, plans on land use, infrastructure development and real estate projects approved among agencies, organizations and locals…
In 2020, provincial Department of Construction will be proactive to grasp the situation of real estate market for timely solutions to promote this field; boost inspection, monitoring over the realization of regulations on housing, real estate market across the province.
