According to local reports, land recovery has been announced in 1,304/1,650 cases, reaching 79% and will be completed in the second quarter of 2025... Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project passes through 4 areas, including: Thu Dau Mot City, Tan Uyen City, Ben Cat City and North Tan Uyen District with about 1,450 affected cases, of which about 300 cases are subject to resettlement... Up to now, the project has announced land recovery for 1,013/1,451 cases, reaching 70%, measuring 845/1,451 cases, reaching 58.2%, counting 605/1,451 cases, reaching 41.7%.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh appreciated and welcomed the urgent working spirit of localities in determining land prices and inventory work to serve compensation and site clearance. Mr. Thanh hopes that in the future, local authorities will continue to work hard to overcome challenges and show greater determination in clearing sites for projects. This effort will help accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital. To address the shortage of human resources in the region, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center should collaborate with localities to organize and coordinate human resources effectively. This collaboration will strengthen efforts to ensure that project implementation progresses on schedule.
