Afterwards, she worked for a rubber company but her family’s life remained difficult. By her ambition, she determined to open a collective kitchen branded Tuyet Van. From this workshop, she has placed jobs for many local laborers with a stabled income.

Born in and grown up on Dau Tieng, Hon’s family has no immense rubber plantations like local households. Her life attached to hard working days but her family’s life still faced shortages.
She shared “Earlier, owing to difficult life, I had to work as a worker for over 10 years with a modest income. My family has no land for production and farming, so I had to work hard”.
Despite difficulties, she has spared no efforts to overcome obstacles.
Implementing dreams
With the purpose of escaping poverty, Hon started implementing her dream. She added “Earlier, I enjoyed experiences on cooking from her mother plus ambition I determined to open a collective kitchen at my home to stabilize life. In the early days, owing to shortage of experience, facility, I was used to think of returning jobs of a worker”.
However, with determination and effort, Hon decided to inaugurate her collective kitchen branded Tuyet Van. Nguyen Thi To, Tuyet Van collective kitchen’s employee said “I’ve worked here for a long time. I feel that working here is very comfortable and I’ve enjoyed a stable income”.
Hon monthly earns about VND30mil and places stable jobs for local women. With over 10 years of operation, Tuyet Van collective kitchen has enough material facilities and experiences to satisfy clients.
Hon added that our kitchen has over 10 years of experience on cooking for parties with plentiful menu sets and reasonable prices.
Her joy is to work her favorable job with a fair income and place jobs for local laborers.
