A seminar on Sunflower Villas project held at Ha Noi on Nov. 19 warmed up cold weather of the North Vietnam. Located at the hub of Binh Duong New City, Sunflower Villas with the area of 73,465sqm and investment capital of VND1,100bil includes 104 villas, each over 400sqm.
