Mr. Nguyen Manh Dong, Deputy Director of Provincial Tax Department, said that Provincial People's Committee has issued Document No. 279/KH-UBND on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Binh Duong province in 2025 and the period 2025-2027.
Accordingly, Provincial People's Committee assigned Provincial Tax Department to support small and medium enterprises converting from business households with the following contents: Preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to exempt business license fees for a period of 3 years from the date of issuance of the first business registration certificate; implementation period is continuous during the initial period. At the same time, to coordinate with Department of Finance to provide free consultation and guidance on tax administrative procedures and accounting regimes within 3 years from the date of being granted the first business registration certificate; the time for enterprises to implement is regular.
The Provincial Tax Department, functional departments, and tax branches are actively carrying out the notification and dissemination of policies to tax policy beneficiaries in the area.
