In the afternoon of November 1, Nguyen Van Loc - Standing Member, Head of the provincial Committee for Mass Mobilization, Chairman of the provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee and the delegation had a working session in Ben Cat town on construction, and market activities in the area (in photo).
At the meeting, Ben Cat town made many recommendations related to issues such as regulations on cases of socialization of markets, land and capital of non-state investors for later auction, construction of a marketplace, promulgating appropriate market management documents, having preferential policies for small business households in accessing large goods suppliers in order to find sources of good quality and origin goods to serve people at reasonable prices.
Concluding with remarks at the meeting, Nguyen Van Loc noted that the locality should strengthen the management of the government in the management of the market, continue to encourage the development of mini supermarkets and convenience stores to ensure food safety and hygiene and the environment; for expired temporary markets; the operation extension shall be continued, but must ensure fire prevention, security and order, environment, etc. The planning for development of new markets must be large, have green,clean, and beautiful spaces, and have merit staff, parking, design inside the market must be suitable for functions and utilities.
