With the above figure, Binh Duong is the locality that had the highest per capita income in the country, this is the second consecutive year Binh Duong achieved this impressive figure. Previously, Binh Duong was also declared by the General Statistics Office the locality that had the highest per capita income in the country in 2020, at more than VND7 million.
