On September 23rd, Tan Binh industrial park JSC held the groundbreaking ceremony of concentrated wastewater treatment plant – 1st stage with a capacity of 2.500m3/day with an investment of VND27 billion and modern processing technologies meeting A-QCVN40 standard.
Tan Binh IP was designed with comprehensive infrastructure on an area of 352.5ha with a total investment of VND830 billion. The IP has now 9 investment projects, including 3 FDI projects, 6 domestic projects renting 19,5ha of the IP with an investment of VND107 billion. Main industries comprised wood processing, rubber, engineering, agricultural products, and supporting industries. Advantages of the IP were the location in material zone, being convenient for transportation, low production costs due to a complete infrastructure system.
Speaking at the ceremony, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of PPC, appreciated capabilities and determination of the investor in accordance with local socio-economic development orientations. Tan Binh IP needs to utilize well experiences, achievements of successful IP models. The construction of the concentrated wastewater treatment plant expressed a good observance of laws. Authorities will create favorable conditions for the IP to complete and develop well.
