Economic Chamber of Tan Uyen town in collaboration with Research and Development Center of Sustainable Agriculture held a conference to grant VietGAP certificate to mint and pumpkin seeds of Thanh Hoi commune. At the conference, participants listened to a report on the project "Building advanced technology applying model of producing mint and pumpkin seeds according to VietGAP standards in Thanh Hoi commune" counseled by Research and Development Center of Sustainable Agriculture from January 2017 with the participation of 30 households in safe vegetable production cooperative group.
Participating households actively applied techniques with the instruction of technical staff of the Center, by 25 Jun 2018, independent appraisal organization carried out field survey to evaluate VietGAP production process of mint and pumpkin seeds of households. On 14 Jul 2018, FCC Fertilizer and Inspection Company (HCM City) issued certificate to mint and pumpkin seeds meeting VietGAP standards.
On this occasion, Tan Uyen town Economic Chamber granted VietGAP certificate to mint and pumpkin seeds of Thanh Hoi cooperative group.
