Due to the importance of mobilizing women workers, women public servants in the period of accelerating industrialization, modernization of the country, and emulation movement, Labor Confederation's Executive Committee of North Tan Uyen District developed a plan for the effective implementation of Resolution 6b/NQ-BCH and Directive 03/CT-TLD on the emulation movement for women workers and women public servants in 2015-2020 period.
Trade unions in the district implemented the movement effectively to be a motivation for women to overcome difficulties, promote their knowledge, talents, creativity, and diligence.
Emulation movements for women workers and public servants integrated into the "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" has actively built up stronger and united agencies, units and trade unions in the district.
In the coming period, the District Labor Confederation will continue to promote good experiences, good practices; intensify propagation activities on labor law, gender equality, domestic violence prevention, ethical education of Vietnamese women in the industrialization and modernization period of the country; enhance emulation movements for women workers.
