Accordingly, the delegation inspected the listing of prices and sales at the correct listed prices of goods such as food, consumer goods, meat, fish, fresh food while checking the supply of essential items, quality of goods, food hygiene and safety, labeling of goods, origin of goods, etc.
The inspection uncovered the majority of goods as listed by small traders to be of clear and transparent pricing. For cases where the selling price has not been listed as prescribed, the inspection team shall remind and request the owner of the establishment to immediately list the price as listed. The inspection team also reminded small businesses not to encroach on the corridors of sales premises at the market, creating a cultural environment in business.
