In the coming time, provincial Department of Construction will continue reviewing urban areas in accordance with the local urban development program; advise provincial People's Committee on promulgating the Program on synchronous development for urban system in association with the construction of Binh Duong Smart City; recheck, sum up and propose the order of priority for investment in urban water supply-drainage projects and water drainage ones outside industrial parks.
In addition, provincial Department of Construction will implement the closure of level 1 and 2 cemeteries under the roadmap of implementing the master plan on cemetery locations in the province by 2030, with a vision to 2050. The Department will also continue advising provincial People's Committee on strengthening the rejuvenation of spontaneous housing areas and anti-flood treatment in the province.
