Soil treatment with high technologies
In 2013, a technological engineer said in a scientific workshop: “In Binh Duong, Mr. Vuong Tin Sieu is an example in high-tech application into modern ceramics. He is one of the few persons that I’ve know in Vietnam and boldly spent dozens of VND billion on ceramic technology”.
Mr. Tin has been a pioneer in burning ceramic, when he spent over VND10 billion on building a large gas-burnt kiln of 120m3. In addition, Phuoc Du Long has been a pioneer in researching enamels, colors and enhancing the localization ratio of ceramic products by more than 90%. Ten years ago, because lands for ceramic products was getting more and more scarce, Mr. Tin realized that the output would be huge but resources were limited. Countries and territories with ceramics production, like China, continuously innovate their technology, making the market pickier.
Therefore, he decided to invest a large money amount in a soil treating chain to get raw material for ceramic products. His system has been acknowledged and generated high-quality products.
Technological innovation determines the success
Mr. Ly Ngoc Minh, Chairman of Minh Long I Company, is an entrepreneur, made large investments in ceramics in Binh Duong. In the past, while most domestic ceramic production facilities still used outdated technologies, Minh Long spent a large amount on importing German kilns, advanced production lines, hired foreign engineers together with their own creative secrets.
Currently, production technologies of Minh Long I are mostly automated and the most modern of the world. Minh Long I gives consumers not only highly aesthetic products but also safe products to user’s health.
The company has applied advanced technologies in manufacturing, burning at high temperature 1.3800C, thus finished products are very firm, have no cracks for bacteria to develop and cause a negative impact on user’s health. In addition, decorative patterns on products are sunk beneath the enamel and protected by the enamel, thus products may contain hot food or food with high acid, toxins, such as lead or cadmidium (colorful), and will not be dissolved into the food...
Minh Long Ceramics has won many national honors and Asia – Pacific awards. Mr. Ly Ngoc Minh also received the Government’s title of Hero of Labor. All those successes came from his bold idea of technological innovations.
