THACO to commence the construction of the Mechanical Support Industrial Park in Binh Duong in September 2025

On the morning of February 10 and during the government Standing Committee meeting with major corporations and enterprises from both the public and private sectors, Mr. Tran Ba Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Truong Hai Group Corporation (THACO), announced that in September 2025, THACO will commence construction of the Mechanical Support Industrial Park in Binh Duong, covering an area of over 700 hectares.

This project entails a total investment of approximately 26,000 billion VND (over 1 billion USD). Previously, at the close of 2022, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province entered into a memorandum of understanding with THACO to execute this initiative. The supporting mechanical industrial park in Binh Duong is designed not only to cater to the automotive sector but also to extend its services to various other industrial sectors.

The establishment of the Mechanical Support Industrial Park will address the shortage of raw materials, reduce time and transportation costs, and simultaneously create opportunities for enterprises, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, to foster collaboration and mutual support, enhance the business community, and engage in the global value chain.
