Doan Hong Tuoi, Chairman of Tan Uyen town’s People’s Committee has just presided over a meeting with a council for assessment of the town’s urban planning via a draft detail plan with 1/500 scale of Thai Binh Duong-Tan Hiep housing estate and Master World Investment Co.Ltd.’s workshop project for lease in the Phu Chanh Industrial Compound 1.
Reportedly, Thai Binh Duong-Tan Hiep housing estate covers 77,265 square meters, which was approved by provincial People’s Committee at the Circular No.295/UBD-KTN dated January 18, 2019. Representative of the project’s investor said that the goal of the project is to build up a housing area with suitable living environment and comforts in terms of socio-technological infrastructure, contributing to build up a spacious township, enhancing social conveniences in the future. The project is expected to be built for 5 years from 2018 to 2022 with total investment estimated at VND486billion.
Whilst, Master World Investment Co.Ltd.’s workshop project for lease in the Phu Chanh Industrial Compound 1 has a total area of 65,181 square meters and is expected for completion in Q1, 2020.
Concluding the meeting, Mr.Tuoi suggested the investor of Thai Binh Duong-Tan Hiep housing estate to make a survey to map out solutions to ensure infrastructure systems in terms of water supply-drainage, traffic and environmental hygiene. For Master World Investment Co.Ltd.’s workshop project for lease, he also asked for its investor of the project to consider and design the project’s appropriate gate, facilitating the transportation of goods and not affecting traffic safety…
