Supported by provincial Cooperative Alliance and Rural development Branch, namely offering a Kubota tractor worth VND260 mln, operations of TTC has gone smoothly. The tractor was improved with new functions like chemicals spraying, mowing, leaf blowing, drilling lands for rubber tree planting…, is not only useful for members but also makes profits for the cooperative from business contracts.
After 3 years, with operation motto that dividing profits proportionate to capital and effort contribution in a self-reliant and mutually profitable manner, TTC has been creating jobs and guaranteeing steady incomes for members. Up to now, TTC have 15 members, 29 tractors. TTC’s collective keeps learning practicing so that it would be a reliable address of farmers and partners.
TTC affiliated with Dau Tieng Rubber Tree Company to undertake the leveling lands and rubber tree planting, which has increased profitability. Since 2012, TTC expanded business lines, providing breeding rubber trees having caring, hybridizing, breeding process obtaining technical requirements. In 2012, TTC signed a contract with Dak lak, Binh Phuoc province to supply over 100,000 breeding plants and boosted revenue by about VND3 bln. Member’s income is VND8 to 12 mln. In fertilizing or planting seasons, a large number of workers are employed with an income of VND3.8 – 4.5 mln per person.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Hieu, Head of TTC, said: “Cooperative members can contribute either effort or capital. From there, profits are divided proportionally”. Having appropriate directions, TTC has encouraged local agricultural production and improved life standards of cooperative members.
