After 18 years of development, from initial capital source worth merely VND128mil with 5 employees, Thanh Tuyen credit fund has thus far developed up to VND180mil and 20 staff. Effective operation helps the unit become one of credit funds getting a sustainable growth, winning trust of clients on simple and exact services.
Sharing the done achievements, Nguyen Thuy An, vice director of Thanh Tuyen credit fund said that the important issue for the fund’s sustainable development lies in efforts to get trust of clients. Specifically, Thanh Tuyen credit fund’s directorate focuses on improving capacity and virtue of cadres and employees. In addition, in order to improve the operational quality of the credit fund, the fund directorate concentrates on equipping material facilities in service for business. As of the end of 2014, the credit fund invested VND3.6bil in fixed asset to ensure safety of monetary transport and improve labor capacity, service quality as well as save cost.
Thanh Tuyen credit fund also offers online service of money transfer. Aside from its headquarters at the hub of the commune, the credit fund sets up additional transactional office in the commune.
