Over nine months of 2020, the province's agriculture and rural development was affected by climate change, African swine fever and Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, provincial agricultural production achieved good results.

Cultivated products gradually met market demands and were constantly improved in terms of their quality and packaging. Technological advances and efficient models continued to be replicated and expanded; forest management and protection was strengthened; policies to support production development have brought positive results... In the remaining last 3 months, agriculture sector continues to implement the 2020 plan and set up a new plan for agriculture and rural development in 2021-2025 period.
