At the present, Bau Bang Industrial Park has leased approximately 46.18% of its leasable land. An unnamed representative of Binh Duong Industrial Parks Management Board informed the conditions of investment luring into Bau Bang Industrial Park: Textile enterprises of internal class B self-treatment of dyeing product release must pay US$ 0.25 (VAT not included) per cubic meter for treatment of class B release to class A, as per 80% of monthly water supply and bill payment. Textile enterprises of internal class A self-treatment of dyeing product release will not pay treatment fees but must pay US$ 0.05 (VAT not included) per cubic meter for coordinated supervision, as per 80% of monthly water supply and bill payment. Other costs such as electricity, water, and telecommunication bills are paid directly to the service providers by the client enterprises.
