To ensure sustainability in the implementation of the Binh Duong provincial Planning for 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050 (referred to as the provincial Planning), Binh Duong is focusing on ecosystem innovation, improving the investment environment, developing human resources, especially the connectivity infrastructure system to enhance its position and attract high-quality investment projects.

In order to continue building and developing infrastructure, gradually forming the first class in the province's Creative Innovation Region project, Binh Duong is mobilizing all resources to invest in building a synchronized and modern infrastructure system linked to the development of industry, services, and urban areas. Binh Duong province vigorously implements compensation and site clearance work, especially for projects such as the Vanh Dai 3 of Ho Chi Minh city, the Vanh Dai 4 of Ho Chi Minh city, the Ho Chi Minh city - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway, and the renovation of National Highway 13.

Mr. Pham Trong Nhan, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, said that the provincial planning is built based on strong strategic orientations, in line with national planning, sectoral planning, as well as the planning of the Southeast region which has been approved by the Prime Minister. In particular, the provincial planning closely follows Resolution No. 24 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 154 of the Government on socio-economic development and ensuring defense and security in the Southeast region until 2030, with a vision to 2045. This helps to clearly define the objectives and appropriate integrated solutions based on the advantages and conditions of the locality, while creating connectivity with the provinces and cities in the Southeast region, as well as the key economic region in the South.
In the province's planning event series, Binh Duong also organized groundbreaking ceremonies for key projects, including: Groundbreaking for the A1 roundabout complex, Cay Truong Industrial Park; inauguration of the Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang power transmission line, Bach Dang 2 bridge. Along with that, the provincial leadership surveyed the progress of the construction of the Ho Chi Minh city - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway. These are key transportation projects that contribute to completing the transportation infrastructure, connecting regions, and promoting the socio-economic development of the province. At the same time, these projects are also a careful preparation step in attracting investors to the province.
Ready to receive high quality projects
According to the provincial Planning, the development of new industrial parks is an important premise for Binh Duong to attract high-tech industries. Recently, Becamex IDC, Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park, and the National University of Singapore have signed three important memoranda of understanding, laying the foundation for a comprehensive strategic partnership between the parties in the future. This collaboration is expected to have a strong impact on scientific-technological development and innovative breakthroughs in strategic areas for Vietnam's future development, such as electronics-semiconductors, digital transformation, industry 4.0, healthcare science, information technology, and artificial intelligence.
Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Member of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Deputy Permanent Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, said that in addition to promoting infrastructure construction, resolutely improving the investment environment, enhancing the quality of human resources, creating favorable conditions for production and business enterprises, attracting high-quality projects, the development of infrastructure and industrial parks is always a matter of concern for Binh Duong, and a lot of resources are allocated to implement it. Binh Duong is preparing well the conditions to meet the needs of investors in order to enhance the effectiveness of cooperation, exploit the opportunities from the 4th industrial revolution to actively attract high-quality investment capital.
With advantages in land, transportation, and continuously invested and improved infrastructure system, reaching international standards; along with the dynamism and creativity in leadership and management of provincial leaders; favorable investment environment, with strategies for scientific and technological development, digital transformation, and human resource training, it is believed that the provincial planning continues to be a tool and leverage for Binh Duong to grow strongly in the new phase.
Binh Duong has planned about 20,000 hectares of land to form a new generation industrial belt along the Vanh Dai 3 of Ho Chi Minh city, Vanh Dai 4 of Ho Chi Minh city, Ho Chi Minh city - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway, and Ho Chi Minh Road (the section passing through Binh Duong province), creating new momentum and development space for Binh Duong, attracting high-quality projects to the province in the near future.
