The highest 2017 Tet bonus is nearly VND250 million

On Jan 5, provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs informed that more than 400 businesses out of more than 10,000 businesses in the province published their 2017 Tet bonus.

According to statistics, 2017 Tet bonus for provincial employees increases 10-15% compared to last year. Namely, the average bonus of 100%-state-owned enterprises is more than VND7.34 million; joint stock enterprises VND7.4 million; private enterprises VND6.15 million, FDI enterprises VND7.5 million. The published highest bonus level in Binh Duong is at a FDI enterprise with a bonus of VND248 million for each employee. The lowest bonus level is VND3.1 million.

In 2016, Binh Duong has no enterprises with wage debts. In addition to Tet bonus, many businesses in the province will also give Tet gifts, free bus tickets for employees to return home on Tet holidays, and organized many cultural exchange activities for workers staying in the province during Tet.
