On Sept. 13, Kim Oanh Real Estate JSC in cooperation with Thanh Le Trade - Import & Export Co.Ltd.- the investor of The Mall City service-trade urban area project launched sale of land lots at the project.
The project located at DT743B, the hub of Di An town where is considered as a urban area of university, industry, service and center linking with Binh Duong and HCMC with many social welfare and entertainment services.
The project is located on an area of 11.29ha, 5.3ha of which are for accommodation land, 5.8ha for trade and service and the remaining area for traffic and green tree works. The Mall City promises to be a busy urban area for small traders and enterprises. Thanks to its advantaged position, right in the first day of sale, more than 400 land lots were booked by clients.
On this occasion, Kim Oanh real estate JSC donated VND1.15bil to charity activities. Specifically, the company granted VND300mil to Vu A Dinh scholarship fund, VND420mil to poor students of Ben Cat town, VND200mil to Bau Bang district, VND230mil to Di An town to build charity houses and present scholarships to needy pupils.
