Thousands of businesses register to implement "3 on-site" and "1 road, 2 locations" options

In order to ensure both disease prevention control and economic growth, many businesses in the province have actively implemented the "3 on-site" and "1 road, 2 locations" plans to overcome difficulties, avoid disruption of the production chain and supply chain of goods to the market.

The implementation of "3 on-site" and "1 road, 2 locations" plans is now essential to guarantee production and the health, safety of workers. The "3 on-site" plan is a solution for businesses to organize manufacturing activities, take care of eating and resting places for workers (working, eating, resting at factories). The "3 on-site" plan is currently chosen by many businesses. The plan "1 road, 2 locations" is to transport workers from accommodation place of workers to working place and vice versa (1 route), while "2 locations" is the accommodation place of the workers and the place where the company's factory is lcoated.

According to Nguyen Thanh Trung, Deputy Head of Provincial Industrial Parks' Management Board, as of July 20, in industrial zones, there were 1,432 companies registering for the implementation of "3 on-site" and "1 road, 2 locations” plans. Of which, 1,340 enterprises registered for the "3 on-site" plan, 35 enterprises registered for the "1 road, 2 locations" plan, and 57 businesses combined both options. In addition, in the area, there are more than 1,220 enterprises outside industrial zones registering to continue production according to the above two options. The total number of workers at enterprises in the province implementing safe production plans is about 300,000 people.
