Mr. Dong Quoc Khai, Director of the Transaction Office of the Bank for Social Policy (VBSP) in Thuan An city, said that after 20 years of implementing the government's decree on credit for the poor and other key beneficiaries along with other policies in the area, the city has so far applied many solutions to bring preferential capital resources to borrowers.
