At the meeting with representatives of provincial association of industries and domestic enterprises in 2017, representatives frankly shared difficulties and problems related to production and business of enterprises. In particular, difficulties in the field of production materials, import-export procedures, human management, transport infrastructure, salary, insurance for employees, customs procedures, tax procedures... Leaders of enterprises also urged functional sectors to quickly remove obstacles for enterprises on tax refund, create conditions for business associations, enterprises meet with foreign investors to seek cooperation opportunities...

According to leaders of industries’ association, Department of Industry and Trade has done well to connect the private sector with authorities to remove difficulties for businesses. Besides, the organization of these meetings was very necessary for companies to directly reflect their aspirations and receive feedbacks from provincial leaders and relevant agencies, thereby creating conditions for the sustainable development of enterprises.
Tran Thanh Trong, Chairman of Binh Duong electromechanical association, said that the meeting between provincial People's Committee, departments and agencies with domestic enterprises was very important. At present, SMEs needs such meetings to have direct dialogue with provincial leaders in order to solve difficulties in the process of business investment.
Do Thi Kim Loan, representative of Binh Duong wood processing association, said that in order for the local economy to develop steadily, workers, business owners and local authorities must really stick together, timely address bottlenecks to grow together.
A companion of enterprises
Regarding issues raised at the meeting, leaders of units, such as Taxation, Customs Department, Department of Natural Resources - Environment... affirmed that in fact there were many legal barriers, overlapping, inadequate regulations causing wastes in money and time of private enterprises. Therefore, functional sectors of Binh Duong have flexibly applied, created the most favorable conditions for production and business.
Tran Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, asked relevant sectors to quickly and effectively solve the problems of enterprises within their competence. He also asked leaders of departments to listen, timely resolve urgent problems, have a roadmap to deal with long-term issues; always accompany enterprises, consider these business difficulties as their own difficulties...
The Vice Chairman also suggested that industries’ association should promptly report to the provincial People's Committee, if there were any difficulties beyond the competence of functional departments. Provincial People's Committee is always accompanying enterprises; solves problems and difficulties in the earliest time for enterprises.
