The project is to build a model new rural commune combined with smart village in Bach Dang commune to develop sustainable new rural construction, contributing to local economic growth, increasing income on the basis of applying advanced science and technology into agricultural production combined with tourism development so that the locality becomes a worth-living place and friendly to the natural environment.

With specific solution groups in line with characteristics of the commune, the selected solutions are highly feasible, can be implemented and applied in appropriate stages, not only in the 2021 - 2025 period but also until 2030 and after 2040. It is expected that the total capital plan for the project implementation is over VND 702 billion.
Speaking at the meeting, Mai Hung Dung emphasized that the central goal of the Bach Dang Smart Village Project is to improve the quality of people's lives.
