Identify important roles and positions
According to Provincial People's Committee, the development of a plan for the implementation of Resolution No. 154/NQCP of the Government and Program No. 113/CTr-TU of Provincial Party Committee aims to unify and direct all competent levels and branches to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolution, creating a clear change in the awareness, actions, and responsibilities of all levels, branches, and localities about the particularly important strategic roles and positions of Binh Duong province. Binh Duong must become an important driving force, together with localities in the Southeast build up a dynamic development region.

Fields of culture, society, education - training, and public healthcare would develop and be among the top localities in the country. Political defense and security is guaranteed; party organizations and political system are clean and strong; average growth is about 9-10%/year; GRDP per year is from 15,000-16,000 USD; digital economy contributes about 30-35% to the GRDP.

The draft plan clearly identifies nine main tasks, shows specific and practical solutions combined with the organizational plan according to an appropriate roadmap to achieve objectives of Resolution No. 154/NQCP and the Program No. 113/ CTr-TU. At the meeting, leaders of the province, departments, branches, and localities discussed and contributed many important ideas for the draft implementation plan. Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh emphasized the development of an implementation plan for Resolution No. 154/NQCP and Program No. 113/ CTr-TU of Provincial Party Committee in order to unify and direct all levels and branches to organize study, implementation, to create a clear change in awareness, action, and responsibility of all levels, branches, and localities about the particularly important strategic role and position of Binh Duong in the southern key economic region.
