According to the provincial Planning of Binh Duong for 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050, Binh Duong continues to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of mineral activities in accordance with regulations. Accordingly, mineral exploitation and utilization must be in line with the national strategy on minerals, the overall socio-economic development plan of the province, and the administrative units of Binh Duong; ensuring integration, balance, harmony, no conflicts, and overlaps with other specialized plans.
Mining activities must follow the perspective of sustainable development, green growth, rational and efficient exploitation and use of minerals, sustainable, closely linked to nature conservation, landscape protection, environment and other forms of resources.
