On 20 Dec, provincial Department of Industry and Trade held a training course on economical and efficient use of energy for businesses in the province. Attending the training course were 100 technical officials from businesses in the area.
At the training course, the participants listened to expert's analysis of the meaning and importance of economical and efficient use of energy in agencies and enterprises; introduction of legal document system related to energy use, energy management principles and energy efficiency management model. In addition, key energy users were instructed by experts to prepare annual reports and how to conduct mandatory energy audits every 3 years.
The training course was an activity in the series of communication activities performed by Department of Industry and Trade to provide basic and in-depth knowledge about economical and efficient use of energy, contributing to ensuring a stable energy supply, continuity; helping businesses reduce investment costs, lower product costs, increase economic profits, improve quality of life, protect the environment, and contribute to the implementation of the national target program on economical and efficient of energy use.
