For the total forest land area of the town at 69.95 hectares, the forest coverage rate is 0.36% (fixed to the end of 2020). The management and protection of forests and forest fire prevention have been carried out well; in the town there has been no case of forest fire. The town regularly checks the irrigation works and regulates the water properly to ensure the sufficient supply of irrigation water for agricultural production and timely water drainage. Also in the first quarter, the town has organized the inspection of sand suction pumps with 17 times in discovered 3 cases of illegal mineral exploitation and trading (construction sand); temporarily seized 5 wooden boats, 1 means of pumping and 87 cubic meters of sand; functional branches have been promptly handled according to regulations.
