Earlier, in the morning of the same day, the delegation also visited Aeon supermarket system. The delegation highly appreciated solutions implemented by this organization to promote Vietnamese product shopping habits.
Currently, 80% products in this supermarket chain are domestic products. Aeon actively supports the consumption of agricultural products, with 90% fresh products are Vietnamese products. The delegation said that the ministry will rewards units with many contributions to the campaign "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods", including Aeon.
The delegation also worked with Binh Duong Provincial Association of Electro-Mechanics, recognized efforts of enterprises to maintain stable production business activities in the green direction, take technology as the main factor, develop the reputation of Vietnamese brands, ensure good living standards for workers. In addition, the delegation received the association's recommendations and wished to create more opportunities for Vietnamese goods to compete fairly and equally with imported goods in public investment projects.
