Inspectorate of Binh Duong Provincial Department of Transportation just issued Plan No. 188/KH-TTGTVT on checking up fixed route passenger transportation businesses in the province. Accordingly, from now to the end of August 18, 2015, the Inspectorate forces will boost up the checking-up of enterprises and business collectives regarding legal conditions, parking location, journey management by equipment, vehicle, driver, and servicing personnel management, business scheme, transportation quality, and publication of prices.
As for passenger transportation stations and vehicles, the inspectorate forces will check up drivers and the vehicles before departure regarding their assurance of traffic safety within the stations and treatment reporting and processing as required.
As for operating passenger transportation vehicles and drivers, the inspectorate forces will check up technical conditions of the vehicles, the badges, signs, hotline posting, traffic safety assurance equipment, journey monitoring system, driver’s license, and alcoholic-drug control.
According to a leading representative of Binh Duong Provincial traffic inspectorate, the inspection is to correct passenger transportation services in the province while improving service quality and mitigating traffic accidents.
