To maintain "green zones" of businesses

The Management Board of Provincial Industrial Parks has issued Document No. 3029/BQL-VP on continuing to implement social distancing in accordance with Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, taking measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic in enterprises and industrial zones. The document is sent to general directors, director of enterprises and industrial zones, its purpose is to maintain "green zones" in enterprises.

The document also demands companies to closely coordinate with the health authority and local administrations in testing, screening, and handling situations as F0s appear (to notify test plan to Provincial People's Committee, Medical Center of district, town, city two days in advance or test schedule for the whole production plan to participate in supervision and guidance). When detecting F0 cases or suspected infections through testing, enterprises must temporarily stop production activities and implement epidemic prevention and control plans according to regulations. Enterprises implementing "3 on-site" method must fully assure required conditions for accommodation, meals... In addition, if an enterprise suspends production, it must coordinate well with health authority and local authorities to carry out disease screening and isolation measures at home in accordance with regulations.
