Binh Duong enters 2021 and sets a goal of GRDP to reach 8.5 - 8.7%. From beginning of the year, the province has implemented a series of socio-economic development solutions with the determination to achieve the set goals.
In 2021, there are still some difficulties. While the Covid-19 situation is still very complicated, production and business activities in many industries and fields have not yet been recovered. Therefore, to achieve a GRDP increase of 8.5 - 8.7%, it requires a great effort, very high determination, from the first day and first month of 2021. Provincial leaders directed all levels and branches to immediately embark on programs and plans set out to realize the 11th Party Resolution of the province.
2021 is also the first implementation year of the 13th Party Resolution, the 11th provincial Party Resolution, thus its requires all levels and branches of Binh Duong to make more efforts and determination. From lessons of 2020, all levels and branches in the province are realizing their determination with specific jobs and action programs. That is, continue to implement the "dual goal" of both epidemic prevention control, and socio-economic recovery development.
In order to best accomplish the goals set out amidst the Covid-19, the province is working to implement many solutions. In particular, the province continues to assist and listen to difficulties of enterprises, then to solve these in time. Efforts will be made to reform administrative procedures, improve the investment and business environment, and heighten the provincial competitiveness index (PCI); continue to overcome difficulties in production and business, especially in terms of investment procedures, speeding up implementation, disbursement of public investment capital from beginning of the year, especially large and key projects, to attract social investment resources; stimulate domestic consumption, promote the restructuring of economic sectors combined with growth model innovation, improve productivity, quality, efficiency, economic competitiveness based on IT and innovation... The above-mentioned solutions will continue to create the power to synthesize, open up many resources, step by step help the provincial economy to flourish.
As the whole political system defines enterprises, people are subjects of service; as the business community, entrepreneurs have aspirations, determination to overcome difficulties, they will surely create new and stronger breakthrough. Thereby, creating a foundation for Binh Duong to firmly enter into 2021 as well as the following years.
