On September 9th, Japanese Tokyu Bus’s CEO Mr. Yamaguchi leading a delegation arrived and learned about provincial Integrated Administrative Center, then had a meeting with provincial leaders. Mr. Le Phu Hoa, Director of provincial Department of Foreign Affairs was authorized to work with the delegation.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr. Le Phu Hoa said, Binh Duong province had now 2,508 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total investment of $21.6 billion including 231 Japanese projects with a total investment of $4.9 billion topping the number of FDI projects and capital in Binh Duong. Most Japanese investors have strong financial strength, advanced management experiences, application of modern production technologies, compliance with Vietnamese laws, and taken good care of worker’s life.
Provincial leadership hoped that Japanese investors would continue to make more contributions to provincial socio-economic development. Mr. Yamaguchi thanked provincial leadership for the reception, and looked forward to contributing experiences to the infrastructure development of traffic, accommodation, public transport in urban areas.
