Implementing the Project "Renewing and improving the efficiency of the Farmers 'Support Fund", the Farmers' Union levels in the province have been active, creative in propaganda and advocacy to develop the fund with various forms. In the past 5 years, the whole province has been entrusted by the budget to mobilize units, organizations and individuals to support and supplement the loan fee with the amount of over 67 billion dong, including the provincial capital of over 52 billion dong of districts, towns and cities is over 9.5 billion dong, base capital is over 5 billion dong.
On the basis of mobilized, supplementary, revolving fund and entrusted budget capital, in the past 5 years, the Provincial Farmers 'Association and Farmers' Association of districts, towns and cities have considered to offer loans to over 9,000 households with an amount of over VND 216 billion to implement 470 projects, mainly investing in animal husbandry, farming and agricultural services. Up to now, the total loan outstanding of the Provincial Farmers' Support Fund has reached over VND 125 billion, with more than 3,400 households.
On this occasion, the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 21 individuals who made great contributions in the operation of the Provincial Farmers Support Fund in the period of 2016-2020. The Provincial Farmers' Union awarded certificates of merit to 18 collectives and 24 individuals who made outstanding achievements in the activities of the Farmers Support Fund in the period of 2016-2020.
