Accordingly, of the total credit balance of over VND 4,252 billion up to now, the total outstanding debt entrusted to socio-political organizations accounts for 99%, reaching over VND 4,218 billion with 82,073 members borrowing from 1,674 savings and loan groups. Based on the content of the agreement, entrusted socio-political organizations at all levels have regularly coordinated with local authorities and BDVBSP to well carry out propaganda and dissemination of the CPV’s guidelines and policies, State social policy credit, credit programs, regulations related to trust activities in many diverse and rich forms, thanks to which, outstanding credit balance is high and credit quality is quite stable.
