On the afternoon of August 28, Vietcombank Binh Duong held a ceremony to mark its 20th establishment anniversary and a conference paying tribute to clients.
The event was attended by Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; provincial leaders over periods together with leaders of Vietcombank.
After 20 years of development, Vietcombank Binh Duong obtained considerable results with capital mobilization and credit growth at a high level. In 1999, the branch’s capital mobilization and total outstanding loans were VND5.8billion and VND14billion, respectively. The figures as mid 2019 were more than VND15.5trillion with the annual growth of 89.2% and more than VND12.6trillion with the annual growth of 63.1%...With achievements done, the branch was awarded many noble rewards from the State President, Prime Minister and governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) during the past 20 years.
Addressing the ceremony, Vo Dinh Phong, Director of the SBV’s Binh Duong branch spoke highly of achievements done by Vietcombank Binh Duong while believing that the branch will continue making solidarity, being flexible and creative, striving to fulfill all entrusted tasks, actively contributing to the local socio-economic development.
