Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyễn Thái Minh Quang - Director of Vietcombank Binh Duong said, the signing of bilateral agreement on the electronic payment would minimize the time and procedures for taxpayers in the area; create favorable conditions for people to fulfill their rights and obligations related to the payment of taxes, fees, and other State budget revenues in accordance with law, ensuring timely, safe and effective budget collection as well as strictly comply with the State's guidelines on electronic transactions and payments via banks.
In 2019, Vietcombank Binh Duong cooperated to collect total state budget revenue of nearly VND 10,000 billion by the end of October.
