Vietnam to host leading food, beverage, and packaging expo in August

The leading trade event for Vietnam’s food, beverage, and processing-packaging industries is set to return this August, bringing together over 1,000 businesses from more than 20 countries.

To be held from August 7-9 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietfood & Beverage – Propack 2025 exhibition will feature 1,400 booths showcasing top-tier food, beverage, packaging, and processing technologies from global and domestic brands.

According to the organiser Vinexad, the exhibition offers more than just product showcases. It is a valuable opportunity for enterprises to engage in B2B networking, explore market trends, and strengthen their business strategies.

Major Vietnamese names, including Masan, Tan Nhat Huong, Luong Gia, Vedan Vietnam, Canh Dong Vang, Luong Quoi, Dan On, Want Want Vietnam, and Gan Brother Food Vietnam, will present both well-known and new products at the event. Visitors will be able to sample and experience these items firsthand.

The machinery and technology segment will be represented by brands such as Yongsung System Vina, VPM, Hao Tuan, Song Hiep Loi, Dat My, QCM, Phuc Viet, and Shiningwa Vietnam. These companies provide essential solutions for food processing and packaging.

The organiser expects more than 30,000 trade visitors, including representatives from food and beverage (F&B) enterprises, business leaders, and trade organisations. Attendees will be able to explore advanced production processes, seek out partnerships, and diversify their product distribution channels.

A key highlight of this year’s exhibition is the debut of Vietdrink 2025 – a specialised zone dedicated to beverages and supply equipment.

Hundreds of booths will also display ready-to-drink products, from soft drinks and energy beverages to mineral water, milk-based drinks, cocktails, and wines.

Workshops and seminars will also be held on the sidelines of the exhibition, with hands-on experience and trend updates particularly valuable for those involved in R&D and quality control.

Vietnam’s food and beverage industry is experiencing robust growth, driven by rising domestic demand, a surge in international tourists, and a thriving food delivery market.

According to Momentum Works, Vietnam’s food delivery sector grew 26% in 2024, the highest in Southeast Asia./.
