The mRobo, which was on display at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Last Vegas this month, was ranked the best audio device followed by the Sony Mp3 player which runs on the Android OS.
Other devices in the top ten include the iHip headphone, Enton Rukus speakers, the i’M watch, theKube2 mp3, Sony Walkman Z1000 media player, Sonomax eerE earphones, SYNC by 50 over-the- ear wireless headphones and the Klipsch Console audio system.
The mRobo, a hybrid of a transformer robot and a music player, is a totally different way of playing music. .
“For the person who has everything, the TOSY Robotics mRobo Ultra Bass is an mp3 player and a dancing robot. As soon as you've loaded it up with 2GBs of mp3s, simply press play and voila! You've got an 18-inch-tall dancing humanoid,” the Huffington Post wrote.
The Washington Post, a US newspaper, also chose the mRobo as one of the most attractive products at the CES.
The TOSY product has received a lot of praise from the international press and consumers and has the chance to become as successful as Apple’s iPhone.
