Vinh Hoa commune in Phu Giao district is making strong changes in all aspects, contributing to reshaping the local face in the near future.
Speeding up agricultural economy
As an agricultural locality, Vinh Hoa now has 2,639.16 hectares of farm land, including 90% for rubber growing and the remainder for many other plants.

involved in many different kinds of plants, but then realizing that rubber
brings high economic efficiency, so they have changed to growing this kind of
plant. Small rubber plantations herein have so far gained stable growth,
bringing the local people considerable profit.
The face of Vinh Hoa today
The output of the local animal husbandry sector has achieved remarkable growth compared to the corresponding period last year. The type of livestock breeding on contract has developed stably with many large-scale breeding facilities, bring high economic efficiency. Small breeding families herein have also gone up with the big size.
In terms of cultivation, Vinh Hoa commune is very successful with the models with combination between rubber and many other plants like papaya, pumpkin…Many local households have also taken fruits from the models with combination between cultivation and animal husbandry.
The average income per capital of the local people this year is estimated at between VND20mln and VND21mln. Mr.Hai also added that the communal People’s Committee has over time implemented many support programs for the local people, helping them develop homebased business…
New face
Vinh Hoa commune’s economy is creating a lot of strong changes with suitable development orientations.
The number of the commune’s poor households in the first six months of 2012 was 268, reducing by nearly 100 compared to the same corresponding last year. It is expected that additional 80 households herein will escape poverty by the end of the year.
Bui Quoc Tuan, chairman of Vinh Hoa communal People’s Committee said: “With its favorable location next to Phuoc Vinh township, Vinh Hoa enjoys many advantages for economic growth. The commune now focuses on the development of rubber tree and small-scale breeding models…”.
Vinh Hoa commune will also promote trade-services at the local people’s demands. It is known that the commune is building and upgrading many rural traffic roads in order to better serve the local people’s traveling demand.
With existing things, it is sure that the spiritual and material lives of the local people will be improved in the near future.
