Provincial People’s Committee has just signed decision on promulgating the project of establishing self-managing volunteer teams in charge of security in enterprises of Binh Duong Province in 2018-2022.
The project aims to mobilize and use general power of working people and managing figures of enterprises in the movement of constructing enterprises of safety and security, contributing to nation security defense and social orders, prevention of crimes and law breaches. Besides, plans for protection of enterprises’ assets are rationally established to uncover and inform functional agencies for timely and legally processing of cases related to security and order.
From 2018 to 2020, the volunteer teams shall be all established at 1008 enterprises, as for 2018, the number is targeted to 300 in enterprises of 200 workers and more.
Under all-level leadership of people’s committee, the teams must be abided by laws and operation regulations consulted with commanders and managers in enterprises and related agencies and organizations. The team members shall be trained of patrol and guard skills as well as first aids.
