VSIP Group received 6 prizes, including 3 first prizes of Vietnam Real Estate Award 2019 hosted by Property Guru (the leading online real estate group in Singapore and Asia). Accordingly, regarding industrial category, VSIP Bac Ninh was honored as "Best Industrial Developer" and "Best Industrial Project". Regarding residential category, Sun Casa project developed by VSIP Binh Duong received the award of "Best housing project" (for terraced houses, Ho Chi Minh City area). The Belhomes project developed by VSIP Bac Ninh also received many prizes for "Best housing project" (for terraced houses, Hanoi area), “Best housing architecture design" and "Best architectural design of housing landscape”.
VSIP is a joint venture between Becamex IDC and an alliance of Singapore companies represented by Sembcorp Development. Currently, there are 7 integrated industrial parks under VSIP trademark in 6 provinces and cities nationwide, including: Binh Duong, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Quang Ngai, Hai Duong and Nghe An. Two new VSIP projects in Binh Duong and Bac Ninh were announced and will soon be launched, bringing the total land fund developed by VSIP Group to over 7,900 hectares.
This series of prizes once again affirmed VSIP's position in the real estate market. Previously, The Habitat Binh Duong, jointly developed by VSIP, was also named the "Best Midsize Apartment" at Vietnam Real Estate Award held by Property Guru in 2017.
