Not ignoring opportunity
Established in 1956, Italia’s Bofiglioli Company is specialized in making gearboxes, agricultural machines and motorcycles for big motorcycle manufacturers like Ducati, Gilera, Moto Morini…The company’s strong point in business now lies in industrial manufacture, photo electricity, power energy and mobile phone.
Through its partners and the media, leaders of the company has realized that Vietnam is emerging as an attractive country to investors. And Binh Duong is a locality with favorable investment climate. Sonia Bonfiglioli, Chairwoman of Bofiglio Company arrived in Binh Duong and learnt about the local investment climate. Le Thanh Cung, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee received her and applauded her visit to Binh Duong in research of the local investment climate. At the reception, she said that provincial leaders would create favorable conditions for the company to implement its project in Binh Duong. He also wanted that she would introduce Binh Duong to Bologna and Emilia-Romagna enterprises for making investment in industries being called for investment by the province like construction, education, health…
Mrs.Bonfiglioli said: “Through the visit, Bonfiglioli Company will not ignore any opportunities to invest in manufacture of industrial, electrical equipment…with high technologies. I will also directly introduce Vietnam’s favorable investment climate and Binh Duong as a highlight of the country to Italian enterprises”.
Quickly grasping advantages
Lee Chong He, Chairman of the Korean Chamber of Commerce (KoCham) said that KoCham was interested in the TPP and has had preparations, helping Korean enterprises in Vietnam be able to grasp and take full advantage of this opportunity. Along with many current advantages, the birth of an auxiliary IP in Binh Duong will facilitate and raise enterprises’ competitiveness. KoCham will further support Korean enterprises to make investment in Vietnam and Binh Duong.
Park In Kii, former Chairman of KoCham said: “Binh Duong has built up a comprehensive traffic system together the efforts by the local administration in reforming administrative procedures, facilitating investors’ development. Our strong point lies in the industries of garment & textile, plating and electronics. Joining the TPP is a new hallmark for Vietnam’s evolution. Construction of an auxiliary industrial park with fully-made infrastructure for garment-textile and plating industries has expressed Binh Duong’s vision for development. We have to quickly catch this opportunity to uphold our competitive ability and other many advantages when Vietnam is officially admitted to the TPP…”.
Mr.Cung thanked again KoCham’s attention and attachment to Binh Duong’s investment climate while emphasized: “Provincial leaders will create favorable conditions for investors’ development, thereby opening opportunities for the province to further absorb more investors”.
