At the meeting, Vo Van Minh emphasized that the past 4 years indicates a remarkable success of the joint venture between Warburg Pincus Group and Becamex Corporation. The development of warehousing and logistics in this joint venture has effectively contributed to production and business activities in industrial parks invested by Becamex IDC and Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park. Chairman Vo Van Minh hoped that Warburg Pincus Group will continue to cooperate and accelerate the implementation of the cross-border e-commerce platform project, taking advantage of the potential and strengths of the province; he pledged to create all favorable conditions to speed up the project implementation, soon develop Binh Duong into the largest cross-border e-commerce platform in Vietnam.
Speaking at the meeting, Charles R. Kaye said that in Binh Duong, Warburg Pincus has had 4 years cooperating with Becamex IDC to build a joint venture project. Up to now, the project has developed successfully. Currently with 1.5 million m2 of floor has been built; this is the foundation for Warburg Pincus Group and Becamex IDC to continue to cooperate in new projects on cross-border e-commerce platform and some other projects. Charles R. Kaye wished that Binh Duong province's leaders would continue to create favorable conditions to support and accelerate the project implementation in the future.
