A modern road
Before the road’s ground-breaking ceremony, Thu Dau Mot town People’s Committee vice chairman Vo Tran Phuong Mai expressed thanks to people affected by the project. The residents showed a good cooperation with functional agencies to hand space over constructors. The work not only is a highlighted feature with modern landscape, perfect water drainage system but shows image of new urban area.
As a key route linking Thu Dau Mot town hub and Binh Duong New City, the road is designed in line with standards of a 3rd class urban area. The 55m wide and 6.6km long road has 4 lanes and can meet the local demand on social economic development and ensure goods transport of people.
Quality and progress ensured
The road is considered as key route in the province. Therefore, Thu Dau Mot town People’s Committee has set up a steering board to check and supervise quality and progress of the project.
The large-scale project goes through many areas with different positions, so Thu Dau Mot town People’s Committee has decided to divide the road into 3 periods. The first period has a total length of 3.3km with the total estimate of VND298bil, of which VND253bil is for construction and VND38bil for compensation.
The road’s constructors include Dai Viet Bridge and Construction Company, Van Phon Construction Company and Vien Dong Construction and Trade Company. Building duration of the 1st period is 318 days.
In addition, Phuoc Truong Construction Consultancy Company is the supervision unit to ensure quality of the road.
