On March 21, Nguyen Thanh Toan, Director of provincial Department of Finance, held a meeting with Yoo Chang Sik, Chairman of South Korea’s Wintec Glovis Co., Ltd. and members of the delegation to discuss cooperation plans and introduce advanced technologies for wastewater and gas treatment solutions in Binh Duong province.
During the working session, Mr. Toan shared several socio-economic development achievements of the province and provided information on various wastewater and gas treatment projects that contribute to environmental protection. " During the local economic development process, Binh Duong province has always paid close attention to environmental protection, particularly in wastewater and emissions treatment—an area that has consistently received significant investment from the province towards sustainable development goals.
At the working session, representatives from provincial departments and sectors witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in wastewater treatment and environmental protection between Wintec Glovis Co., Ltd. and Binh Duong Water – Environment Corporation (Biwase).
